Open any web browser on your computer and go to the Office 365 portal (https://portal.office.com). Log into your Microsoft account with the Email Address and Password linked to your subscription.

Verify that you have a valid subscription to Microsoft Office is assigned or accessible in your account as a user.

5. Repair Microsoft Office

The issue of Microsoft Office not activating on your computer could be due to corrupted or damaged program files.

Open the the Control Panel and change to “Large icons” View and then click Program and Features.
